About the Role
We are seeking for an experienced and highly organized "Accounts Manager” to join our team. The role holder will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the company and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes, managing budgets, handling estimates and invoices, and providing administrative support to various departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handling all our e-Commerce financials and other associated services.
- Handling all our Indian and International Shippers and documentation associated with it for
incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Dealing with our International vendors for orders and pricing.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, budgeting, and general ledger activities.
- Handle vendor management, including negotiating contracts and monitoring service levels.
- Provide overall administrative support, including maintaining office supplies, managing
correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Develop and implement effective accounting SOPs to maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Min 2-4 years of experience as an Accounts Manager or similar role will be an added
advantage
- Excellent communicator with fluency in English.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) is a must
- Ability to take decisions, effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work within timelines
- Demonstrates initiative, is self-motivated and proactively takes on tasks.
- Ability to always maintain a professional demeanour and high on service orientation
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
